Studio collection

Collection is available from The Flower House studio in Coalville. When you order online, you'll be asked to choose your preferred collection date and time so we can have your flowers ready for you.

For now, our online checkout supports local delivery by postcode from our Coalville studio, plus studio collection. If you'd like to be notified when postal flowers are available, please contact the studio and we'll add you to the list.

  • How is my delivery charge worked out?

    Delivery availability and the exact charge are confirmed from the delivery postcode when you order — it will show as Local Delivery Zone 1 (£5), Zone 2 (£7.50) or Zone 3 (£10), or studio collection.

  • How fresh are the flowers?

    Fresh flowers are delivered from Holland on every day the studio is open, and we buy close to the order date to help keep things fresh. We make bouquets to order and do not hold fresh flower stock for longer than 2 days.

  • What if I'm just outside your delivery area?

    If you are just outside this area or need something a little further afield, please contact the studio — we may still be able to help depending on the order, date and location.

  • Can I send something on the same day?

    Same-day flowers are not guaranteed. Please call the studio to check availability.

  • Can I collect from the studio?

    Yes. When you place your order, you'll be asked for your preferred collection date and time. Collections are available Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and Saturday, 9am to 1pm. The studio is closed Sunday and Monday.
