We collect only what we need to take your order, deliver your flowers, and stay in touch if you've asked us to.

What we collect

Name, delivery address, recipient details, email and phone number. Payment is handled by our payment processor and we do not store card details.

How we use it

To process your order, deliver your flowers, send you order updates, and respond to any questions. If you've opted in, we'll occasionally send you a short studio note.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your data. We share only with the services we need to fulfil your order (payment, delivery routing).

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@theflowerhouseibstock.com. We will respond within 30 days.
